Hello, lovely community!

We’re excited to share a new Todo feature: Now you can send a resolvable link via Slack, email, or any notification channel. With just one click, collaborators can update the task status—no logins or extra steps needed! :rocket:

You now have two ways to handle Todos:

  1. Activepieces Todos – Handle everything directly in Activepieces (perfect for internal teams).

  2. External Channels – Share approval links via Slack, Teams, or email (ideal for external stakeholders).

Can we display images in the external links?

The main goal for external links is to resolve the task, so you can’t display an image in the resolvable link. You can send the image through some steps in Slack or any other integration that supports that with the resolvable link.

Or use Activepieces Todo, which will display all the details of it.

So all you have to do is to send the image between Create Todo and Wait for approval as the guide explains.

Ah, I was Envisioning seeing an image and message and then getting clickable links.

Btw the description is a markdown, so if you sent it in a place that supports the markdown, you can do it

I’ll play with it and see if this can be done through gmail with clickable buttons.
