Can't login to cloud - white screen, 403 error

Hi,

I’m unable to login to cloud.activepieces.com. After clicking “Login”, the page loads as a completely white/blank screen.

What I’ve tried:

  • Cleared cookies and browser cache
  • Tried incognito/private mode
  • Refreshed the page multiple times

Technical details from browser console:

  • The API endpoint https://cloud.activepieces.com/api/v1/flags returns 403 Forbidden error
  • Multiple repeated 403 responses from this endpoint
  • JavaScript error in console related to this failed request

Browser: Chrome (latest) Location: Estonia/Europe

This is not the first time this has happened. Similar issue occurred in February 2024 (reference: Nothing loading upon login?)

Is there a known issue with the cloud platform currently? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi @Ilustria

Please send us an email with the login email you have used to [email protected]

Hi!
I sent an email yesterday, is it being addressed?

@abuaboud Can I finally access my account!?

I sent a support email from my gmail because the login email is an alias (redirected from another domain) and I can’t actually send an email from there. It doesn’t inspire confidence in an AP if the service simply doesn’t work or access is denied. I didn’t get it for free after all!?
If not AP not want to offer a service, simply return the payment! This isn’t the first time something like this has happened.

All Best!

Hi

We have replied to the email and I can’t see your response, did it land on spam?

Thanks,
Mo

This is exactly the same issue I am facing. I sent in a support email.

Hi @allisonkessler

Can you please try to open it from phone or new device, most of reports we got was due to extension blocking the page.

Hi, I can view the correct login page on my cell phone, but I really need this to work on my Desktop. I have tried it on multiple browsers on my desktop and it’s just the big white screen. Do you know which extension is the problem? Thx, Allison

Additionally, I’m using Chrome Incognito and Extensions are supposed to be disabled on this view, but still a big white screen.

I just disabled ALL extensions in Google Chrome and cleared browser cache, but it’s still a big white screen.

Issue is resolved. My desktop security program ESET flagged the cloud as a phishing website. I marked the URL as safe. All fixed.

Hey!

@abuaboud Either you can’t or you don’t want to solve it? Why users can’t log in? Also our IP address is blocked so we can log in from elsewhere but not from a specific machine.

I wrote to you on January 10 - The problem has not been resolved yet. Let everyone draw their own conclusions from here now.
