Planned Activepieces Automation Workflow
Trigger:
Event: A person registers for a live class/event in Kajabi.
Action:
Step 1: Activepieces captures the Kajabi registration data (Name, Email, Event ID).
Step 2: Send this data to Zoom to automatically register the participant for the corresponding Zoom meeting.
Result:
Zoom sends the participant a unique join link by email.
The join link can be clicked directly from the email or copied and pasted if needed.
Concern:
We created this workflow with the help from GPT, All triggers and action are tested successfully and Kajabi & Zoom are connected from our accounts. We did the Test Flow and the account that we did tested from AP has appeared on the registration. However, when we test it with an actual account of a person, the user doesnt appear on the registration. What could have been the reasons and how could we fix this?
