Hi!

I’m trying to connect my Woocommerce shop with Active Campaign. When someone does a order > add to a specific list in ActiveCampaign.

The only problem is, there’s no create/update contact trigger in AC here in Activepieces. It’s OR create OR update, not both and that’s where my automation keeps giving an error. I’ve tried a workaround with first create (continue if there are errors) and then update, but that doesn’t seem to do the trick. Does anyone else have this problem or found a workaround for this?

(Tried with Gemini for help, without success). TIA!

Just to confirm I understand correctly, do you want to use Create/Update Contact as a trigger or as an action in the ActiveCampaign piece?

Hi!

You are right: it’s an action. The trigger is “Order Created” (Woocommerce) and the next action should be create/update contact in Active Campaign. (But as far as I can see it’s or create or updat which gives an error).
