Webhooks not working (test URL not catching)

I’m trying to connect Hey Reach to Activepieces and I’m using a cloud version of Activepieces. On the Hey Reach side, the test URL is successful. When on Activepieces I keep getting the webhook to time out and not return data. I have tried this with both “/sync” on the end of the URL and without and the outcome is the same.

I have actually tried to connect other pieces with the webhook function and can’t get it to work.

Can someone please help me with webhooks?

Hello @Nachole_Johnson,

After adding the Test URL from the webhook piece on the Hey Reach side, please try to trigger a specific event for which the webhook is set up, such as a new post or a new mention on the Hey Reach side. Once the event occurs, the triggered step will show sample data.

I am also facing similar issue, and it’s not working for me too, it’s so frustrating.
