Webhook takes up to an hour to process

Hello I have an issue lately that when I launch a workflow through a webhook it sometimes takes to an hour for it to start working. The tasks in the webhook are very basic and regular execution time takes less than a few seconds.

But lately I had multiple cases of a webhook being caught (it shows in the execution history)

But it is marked blue as “Processing” for about an hour. Then it execute as normal. But this is time sensitive material and I can’t wait for an hour…

Any idea what could be the cause of this issue?

Can you check the Queue Status when that happens?

In my case, on May 3rd it was stuck in the Queued status for over an hour. I had to cancel it and proceed manually after waiting for too long.
