Webhook Flow is not capturing data though it worked when I had tested the flow

I’m creating a very simple flow, collecting lead using swipe pages via form submission and then sending the data to Google Sheet. When I’m testing the flow everything is working as expected but it is now working when I publish the flow and capturing the lead.

If you are using a webhook as the trigger, you need to use the live URL as the endpoint when you publish the flow. Can you please recheck it?

Hi @kishanprmr thanks for your response. Yes I’ve used the Live url and then went to the page to capture the webhook response, but it is not working.

When I’m using Test url it is sending the sample data. then I’m using that sample data to update google sheet.

Again Tested it worked, but when I’m submitting the form it is not working

@ThakreP Does the platform you used to submit the form provide any logs for the webhook data sent to Activepieces? Does it show any errors?

No, it doesn’t provide Webhook log data. But whenever someone is submitting form I can see the responses/lead captured. it is just that webhook is not working. When I have used pabbly connect it is working perfectly.

@ThakreP just tested form submission on a sample landing page using Swipe Pages and created the workflow as shown in the image. It worked successfully. Could you please provide details or a video demonstrating how you configured the webhook flow in Swipe Pages? Also please double check if page is published or not.

Webhook on Swipe pages is set properly, sharing the SS below for your reference. If it wasn’t set properly then I shouldn’t have received the test data. I have used the standard process to add the webhook. I have tested with Pabbly connect and it is working perfectly.

Can you please try creating a funnel instead of a single page?
Because in my case it is a funnel not a single page.
