Could you please provide details on which action of the OpenAI piece is causing the error? Additionally, sharing your flow setup would help us reproduce and troubleshoot the issue more effectively.
It’s this piace, but I’ve already checked, it seems that activepieces calls a model that is no longer used for this function.

Vision action has been updated to use the GPT-4o model instead of the deprecated model. Please recreate the step to reflect these changes.
