Update Heartbeat Piece so it can trigger flows

I see there’s already a piece for Heartbeat which can add a user to Heartbeat (though it can’t update user, change group, etc etc).

Thank you for the work on this piece already @kanarelo, @kishanprmr and @abuaboud, I appreciate it very much .

The feature I would most like is:

Heartbeat can trigger a Flow.

• New user (most important)
• Updated user (second most important)
• User joins group
• User leaves group

If possible, also adding more functionality to the piece when used as a step in a flow:

• Add ‘Update user’ functionality
