"Unsaved Changes" error when trying to edit a flow

I see the following error when I edit the flow Activepieces

It seems to happen when I edit the first HTTP API call step.

If I try to make any changes, I can’t save them because the save button is constantly in a spinner state:

How can I resolve this?
