Unable to know at which step it was timed out

For a failed status task, we are able to see at which step it failed, which helps us understand the issue and fix anything that is causing it.

But what happens is when there is a time out the app don’t even open
Whereas if the app open and tell us at which step it was timedout we can debug and fix the error that caused timeout at which step.
