Unable to create a new connection on instagram

Hello everyone,

I can link my facebook account and instagram but when I try to save my client Id/secret I have a 403 error

Pleaze help

I just got an eerily similar error when trying out the MySQL connector for the first time, perhaps these issues are related?

Edit: just got the exact same error when creating a connection to Google Forms
