Unable to authenticate with Google Sheets

Hi,

For 3 days now I’ve not been able to choose any google workbooks or sheets within a workbook with one of my automations. The drop down never populates with a list of workbooks.

Typing in the workbook name manually rather than dynamically doesn’t work. Using the sheet ID doesn’t work.

I’ve recreated the steps, duplicated the workflow, created new google sheet connections and done everything I can think of to get it to browse my google sheets correctly, but no joy.

Is there anything I can do to fix this.

I have also had a sporadic problem with choosing OpenAI agents with the dropdown never populating, but that started working again after 24 hours.

Can someone in support help with this please? I replied to another thread where someone had this a few days ago, but haven’t had a response.

Equally, if anyone else has a workaround or a solution, please let me know? I am thinking exporting the workflow, editing it with a working workflow, then importing it back in again.

If you can also send the video of authentication process error, It would help me a lot.

I have manually edited the working step from another automation (a row look up) and replaced the step that wouldn’t work and reuploaded the JSON and it’s worked…

I have a workaround now, but it would be handy to know the reason why it’s happened… it’s cost me 2 days of dev time hammering it back into working… :slight_smile:

if I didn’t have a working workflow to swap the right json in, I would have been stuck.

I’ll send over some information - I deleted the flow that didn’t work after I reimported the JSON… I can send you the JSON though :slight_smile:
