I am writing to follow up on my previous email regarding the activation issue with my AppSumo license. It has now been over 14 days since my initial contact, to [email protected], and I have not yet received any response or resolution.
As mentioned earlier, I am currently unable to access the features associated with the license I purchased, which is significantly impacting my ability to use your platform as intended.
I understand that support has been redirected to the community. However, your automated reply clearly states that activation issues would still be handled via email, which is why I am following up here.

I am writing again because this situation has now gone far beyond a simple support delay.
I have been waiting since March for a proper response and resolution regarding the activation of my AppSumo license key. Despite contacting [email protected], posting here in the community, and following up more than once, I still have no solution and no meaningful answer.
This is especially disappointing because your automated reply states that activation issues should still be handled by email, even though general support has been redirected to the community. I followed that instruction, yet the issue remains unresolved.
At this point, I am unable to access the features associated with a license I paid for. This means I purchased access to a product and promises that have not been fulfilled. Waiting for months without proper support is not acceptable, and it is beginning to feel like a lack of respect towards customers who trusted ActivePieces through AppSumo.
I understand that teams can be busy and that support volume can be high. However, leaving paying customers without activation, without a resolution, and without clear communication for this long is not reasonable.
I would appreciate a direct response from the ActivePieces team and a definitive resolution to this matter. If any information is required from my side, I am available to provide it privately.
