Trying to figure out how to get Web Search to function

Experimenting with a template, using the Ask AI piece with Web Search switched on, using a simple test prompt, and have ai credits. Tried several Anthropic and OpenAI models, and using the basic cloud service. Is this an enterprise feature? Keep getting the error:
