Trying to autoblog from RSS feed or Wordpress blog (rewrite to wordpress blog)

Hi Guys,

I’ve been working on autoblogging from RSS feed automation for awhile now and can’t seem to get it. Trying to use the Active Pieces to do it. The root of the problem seems to be that ChatGPT is not reading or recognizing the source text and subject of the RSS feed. I even tried a different approach where I wanted it to rewrite articles directly from my Wordpress blog instead of a RSS feed. That didnt work either. Even when I tried to use the two templates that are in the platform (Wordpress blog post to Tweet and RSS feed to Tweet) it doesn’t work.

It will generate a generic tweet but it can’t seem to recognize the source material and reference it. I tried to use the templates with no change at all and it just does not see the source material. Do you know what I am doing wrong, and how I can get it to do a recap or rewrite based on specific source material (RSS preferred, Wordpress blog as workaround)? Your advice would be greatly appreciated as I would like to use this automation to do some auto blogging.

Are you telling Wordpress to use the full post in the RSS feed, or to limit it?

You set this here: wp-admin/options-reading.php

Thanks for your response. I was not aware of that setting, but it seems like it’s set for full text as a default. All of my sites are set on full text when I went back and checked.

Which part of the RSS feed do you give to Open AI?

Do you use “description” ?

Hey, Preban.

Thanks alot! That did the trick! That was the key to getting it to recognize the feed. I really appreciate your help. That was killing me.
