Problem
Triggers used to be a blind spot. in the following scenarios there was no way to know If something went wrong.
- Webhook from third party received but failed to trigger flow.
- Scheduled trigger are failing to trigger new items

Next Steps
We want to show this per flow, so users can see exactly what’s happening in their own flows 
But more than just showing info, we want to give users clear, actionable steps to fix problems 
— not just let them know something went wrong.
