Trigger action not getting detected by Convertkit

Hi!
I am trying to create a flow on convertkit.
However, the trigger action is not getting detected despite multiple attempts.
Its getting stuck at “action required” stage.

How do I proceed?

After clicking the “Test Trigger” button, try adding the selected tag to the subscriber from ConvertKit UI, and it will fetch the sample data.

Hi. Sorry if my original request was not clear. Even after triggering the action on convertkit - the flow is stuck at ‘action required’ stage. So - even after adding the selected tag to the subscriber from convertkit UI - nothing is happening. No data is being fetched.

I want to resurface this one for help.

I am still stuck at convertkit not being able to fetch triggered actions.

I am able to send actions to convertkit based on other triggers (for e.g. trigger → add subscriber) but not the other way round (subscriber added → take action)

Appreciate help on this one.
