Tier 3 user from 20,000 credits to 200 credits a month

Hi,

It’s been a long time since I last logged in, my account activation was from appsumo before and I bought the tier 3 level.

Yesterday I logged in, I realised my credits per month has gone down to 200 per month.

Can someone from activepieces rectify this back to the original credits that I was sold for, which is 20k credits per month?

Yes I did since yesterday night. I’m still waiting for the support to response back to me after the 1st automated email.

The support email does not respond at all as it’s always sent me a robot automated email response.

I have doubt that anyone will respond from there, could you assist me to direct me to the person in charge email instead?
