Tier 3 Correction needed

It’s been a long time since I last logged in, my account activation was from appsumo before and I had bought the tier 3 level.

Yesterday I logged in, I realised my credits per month has gone down to 200 per month.

Can someone correct this back to the original credits that I had which is for, 20k credits per month? Any others corrections necessary would also be great.

I already mailed the support email with my appsumo invoice. Many thanks

Hi. I think there might be a bit of confusion here.

You purchased 200,000 execution credits (roughly calculated as: 1 automation block = 1 action). Right now, that field shows ‘Unlimited’ for you.

The ‘200 credits’ you see likely refers to your AI credits.

I see . Thanks for that. I also wasnt able to see my plan eanywhere. Where can I see my plan? it doesnt seem to be showing anywhere in billing or account
