There is a huge flaw in your system and you need to find a solution to this.

The way your system is built is really wrong if you can’t update fix to the automation when there are problems (and there are too many problems lately).

I just found out that google sheet not working for the second time after it was broken 2 weeks ago and this is the second time i need to rebuilt my automation (and i need to find out about it the hard way):

It is great that you fix it fast but why do i have to find out about it after a week and i have to realize that automation stopped working by myself???

Does it make sense that automation system that supposed to be stable keep having so many bugs and when you fix them they don’t update??

At worst, you should have automation to alert users when the automation stops working; that is a bare minimum, but you can’t have automation stop working few days and have your user find out about it by themself.

Google sheet stop working and i have to rebuilt the automation, Aitable stop working and i have to put 3-5 hours to rebuild all my automations with google sheet.

And now even after rebuilt it with google sheet i see you also have problem with them and my automations might stop working soon again.

You built an amazing system but you do bad job if it is not reliable and automations just like that stop working. There are also a lot of bugs and data that disappeared when aitable not loading and way to many problem that make me put 3 times the effort to built automation.

I am on the lifetime deal and i love the system but i seriously thinking on going back to my other automation system with all the bugs i keep facing.

You have to do better, you can’t have automation break every few days and you can’t expect us to rebuild the automation everytime you make an update.

And at the bare minimum is to alert users that the automations stop working (like in google sheet update).

I put a lot of time to built all the automations here and i am in my limits with all the problems.

I am just one client so you probably won’t care that much but i probably represend what other feel as well and i am getting close to stop using you, and if a lifetime member willing to leave i am sure all the paying once will do it faster.

Please find a way to make the system more stable because it can’t keep going like that.

And please don’t take it the wrong way, the fact that i compline is because i think the system is great, i would not waste my time if it wasn’t, but you must find a solution and fast.

We understand, I think this was the reason Recent Connection Issues with various pieces (AITable, Mailgun, etc.) on cloud - #3 by Rida

It was related to Google Systems and service hosted in Google.

Thanks for the reply @abuaboud , yes the Aitable was fix and i appreciate that.

I did changed my automation to google sheet because it took a lot of time so i had to put about 4-5 hours to deal with that.

But the AiTable is not the point, it’s the fact that you update widgets versions but it’s not update on the automations when you do that.

So i was using google sheet automation that detect when new row added. In the past few months the automation broked 4 times (and it broke twice in the last 2 weeks).

There was even one time it did the automation again to 700 people on the google sheet and that caused a lot of problems.

You had a new update that fix that but i had to find out about the automation that stopped working by myself and change the automation to the new version.

In a stable system when you update the widget it needs to be update on the automation as well so it will fixed by itself when there is an update.

The way thing work not, if i won’t find out that the automation broke by myself it might stop working for 6 months and it’s not cool.

The google sheet automation was to unstable so i had to find other tool and buy it that allow me to use webhook as well as google sheet.

The main idea is that you need to find a way to automaticily update widgets when you make changes to avoid things like that in the future.

You fix the problem but it’s not fixed on the automation because there is no auto update.
