I’d like to share with you my experience as a newcomer to the world of automation. To give you some context, I’m working with two forms whose intention is to send data to a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
So far, I’ve had success with one of the forms using Webhooks. However, when replicating the automation flow in ActivePieces and only changing the Google spreadsheet, I found that the automation runs smoothly in ActivePieces. However, when it comes to real-world use, the second form doesn’t send the information to Google Sheets.
Is there any support email I can reach out to for assistance in troubleshooting why the information isn’t being sent to Google Sheets? I appreciate any help you can provide.
