Seems like the amount of tasks we are getting are not unlimited, it’s capped at 5k tasks, although we are on the $150 a month plan, what seems to be the issue?

The problem wasn’t with the subscription, in fact the limits were fine. the issue came from the project limit was set to 5k tasks most likely by mistake by a platform admin.
I set it unlimited and u should be fine to go
