RSS not being triggered to Run

I have an RSS feed process where I can manually run it in Active Pieces successfully and it posts to WordPress successfully. However, once I publish it, it never actually runs every 15 minutes. How do i get this to activate and run automatically?

It has a green dot and shows it as published. The purple publish button is a lighter purple color and wont let me republish it again so it looks like its published correctly.

I checked my Tasks and have not reached my limit yet, I have plenty available.

I checked the AI credits and they are maxed out at 200 and I changed the flow by removing what I believe are universal AI pieces so that my flows can run. I don’t see a list of universal AI pieces in the documentation, can someone share what they are?
