Problem with chatbot - Oops! An unexpected error

Hi!
I can’t fire up the chatbot. I get the message: Oops! An unexpected error has occurred, please contact technical support.
Also when I want to load the knowledge base I get an error. The size is 1.9 mb i I read that the maximum attachment is 2.5 mb. Any ideas?

Can you test the same key on OpenAI action in the flow and if it works please let me know.

Thank you for the guidance. Actually, the subscription was not plugged in. I only had the GPT premium subscription and not the API. Thank you!
