PGBouncer Connection Error

I can’t get a connection to successfully connect to a PGBouncer Connection Pool.

I get this error -

Connection failed with error {“length”:69,“name”:“error”,“severity”:“FATAL”,“code”:“08P01”}

The connection details are the same as the regular connection EXCEPT The port. Normal connection works and the connection pool fails.

Any help is appreciated.
