This is very strange.
Same here. Everything was just fine before. Nothing in my prompts have changed, so definitely a bug. It’s happening with different API keys from completely different accounts too, so not a billing issue or something like that.

Root Issue found in the new release, and has been fixed.
Please use “Retry from failed step” on the failed runs, and It should work.
