Not able to stop 100 flows running

Hi ! How can i stop all these flow running ? I’m not able to use the flow because it is running on multiple runs.

Same here! Lots flow running, and can’t do anything. None of flows working anymore.

Oh probably is something wrong with Activepieces. How long that you have th problem? It’s almost 3h that i’m suck

A very strange 8 hours have not been able to do anything…
I don’t know what to do next…

thanks for your message.
Not sure what you mean for ‘‘sharing the link’’. When I click on the flow, there are not option to generate a LINK and share.
I found ‘‘Share’’ but when i click on it, it generates a duplicate of the flow but no link are visible that i can share.

However the problem is not with the FLOW but with the my ACTIVEPIECES account because i have multiple flows stuck in ‘‘RUNS’’ .

Please consider that the flow worked for 3 months (with almost 200 runs) with no problems, yesterday we started having this issue (without making changes to the flow).

do you know how can i contact someone of the Activepieces’ staff to get help with the running flow in my account ? I’ve orver 200 flow in runs and can’t stop them and any time that a new flow is triggered it get stuck in run.

I think it is an issue with the acrtivie piece account, because it happens with all the flows.

Still the same problem and nothing can be done!
It doesn’t matter which flow I start or test, everything just runs and nothing else happens!!!

It still seems very bad now. You have bought a service that stopped working and you can’t get help!

i just got an email from the CEO asking support.
I added the link of this post , i ll keep you updated.
They should support the user that paid for the tool.

However because these is an issue that they already know, they should work on a way that the user can stop the running flow when required or add a timeout when the flow is running for more then xx sec

Finally we found the root cause, It was in gmail step, It was returning huge error message which caused the engine to fail to save the logs.

Now they are all saved, and runs that were pending now complete, although the engine now replace the huge error message with (truncate) to make it fit within the log size limit.
