We have setup a very basic google review response flow for 4-5 star reviews. Using trigger: New Review - Google My Business. We have set for 6 locations, 5 are working no problem, however the 6th location (setup exactly the same flow and accounts) stopped working after a month or so. The test works fine, data is ok, but will not run or trigger for new reviews and we can’t work out why. Should we delete it and add the flow again?

Could you please try recreating the flow and test it again? Also, when you test it with a different account for review, make sure it appears in the reviews list on Google Maps/Google Business. You can refer to this link for some tips if reviews are not showing up.
Thanks, we have 6 flows setup exactly the same (duplicate), 5/6 are working fine. 6th flow was working also, but then just stopped. But when you click test flow, all works fine. It seems to also sometimes get stuck if a user only leaves a star rating without text on Google, even though this should not matter. It’s a very simple flow.
Also experiencing new reviews not triggering a workflow that has been working all year. When manually testing, all works fine.
Selfhosted, if that matters.

We are experiencing same issues again. We have setup approx. 50 locations with same exact flow. 40/50 working ok, but 10/50 don’t even seem to run. No failed runs shown for the 10 not working. They just don’t seem to fire. Run a test for connection and test action and they work fine. Is there an issue with the “New Review” Google My Business trigger?
@Aaron Could you please send me the flow IDs for the 10 flows that are not triggering in private DM to troubleshoot the issue?
