I’m currently facing a challenge with Google My Business pieces. Despite successfully connecting my GMB account, when I access the Action dropdown, the only available option is “create or update reply.”
I’ve specifically connected to schedule updates, offers, or events, and it seems like I’m not getting the full range of options.
Is there a step I might be missing, or is there something else I need to do to access the complete set of scheduling options under the Action dropdown?
