I have connected to a google sheet and looking at any change in one column and then performing a series of action. When I make the change in the column I cant see the workflow triggering

There might be a delay of 3 minutes for the trigger to fire due to a delay from Google. How are you making changes to the column—by deleting or updating the existing one?
