My 200.000 AppSumo credits are gone --PLEASE HELP--

I was sending an email but it forwarded my to this communiity here.
I’m just about to release to public and noticed that my monhtly 200.000 free credits (tasks) are not showing up anymore.

Can you please help me address & fix this issue??
