MCP server: time out

i’m trying to connect to the activepieces MCP server , but i’m continuously getting an error. i’m connecting via a custom integration within the latitude.so tool. the returned message is:

mcp error -32001: request timed out

i’ve been trying multiple times since yesterday. what could be the issue?
