Hi all,
I have a flow that triggers from a Cal.com MEETING_ENDED webhook via the Catch Webhook trigger. The flow waits 3 days (Delay step) and then sends an email to the client. It works, but every recipient gets two identical emails, and I’ve confirmed this in my Sent folder.
What I’m seeing in Recent Runs:
Each event produces two runs with the identical timestamp, for example:
-
Oct 14, 5:00 PM: 2 runs, both succeeded
-
Oct 13, 7:30 PM: 2 runs, both succeeded
-
Oct 13, 11:30 AM: 2 runs, both succeeded
-
Yesterday, 5:30 PM: 1 paused (waiting on the delay) and 1 that shows as failed/cancelled with no duration (I cancelled it myself, manually. Can’t do that all the time)
(The “4320 minutes” durations are just my 3-day delay step.)
Trigger payload:
json
{
"triggerEvent": "MEETING_ENDED",
"responses": {
"name": "Test Client",
"email": "[email protected]"
}
}
What I’ve already checked:
- Cal.com → Settings → Developer → Webhooks: only one webhook is registered with this URL.
My questions:
-
Can Activepieces itself trigger a flow twice for a single incoming webhook request? For example, through retries, or a published and draft version both being active?
-
Is there a way to see in the run details whether the two runs came from two separate incoming requests or one?
-
How do I get this to stop? I only want one email to be sent, not 2 duplicates.
Setup:
-
Activepieces Cloud
-
Trigger: Catch Webhook
-
Flow steps: Catch Webhook → Delay (3 days) → Send Email
Thanks in advance!
