I emailed the support team but haven’t received a response. I am trying to log in but its telling me my “email has not been verified, check your inbox”. I have already completed this step months ago.
Can someone on the AP team help solve this login issue?
I then try to login with gmail to see if that would fix it and it still gives an error.
Please log in again, and the issue should be resolved. Back in January, there were two accounts associated with your email due to differences in uppercase and lowercase letters. During the migration, we found a few accounts affected by this issue so we picked the oldest, but in your case you were using the newer one, so I merged the two accounts.
