We probably should’ve posted this earlier.

While we don’t offer direct support for the basic Activepieces editions, we’ve been continuously supporting our users with sign up, login and account related issues and questions.

We sent an email to support on March 21/26 but haven’t heard back yet… about the AppSumo deal/license. The auto-reply said you would respond by email there, and to come here to the Community for other support issues. Can we get some help please? So that whatever steps can be taken to transfer the Tier 3 license to the same plan as other AS users?
