LiveAgent - get ticket information from WordPress and then send ticket status back
We are launching a business in which we will offer some support services for people. The users will visit our WordPress website, will fill in a form and then they will pay for the service. The data from the form is saved in a Custom Post Type in WordPress. After the payment, the information from the CPT will be sent to the LiveAgent.com support platform that will be used by our agents to provide support for the paying users.
Trigger:
Custom Post Type status being set as “Published”
Action: Send the CPT content to LiveAgent and “Create ticket” in LiveAgent
Trigger:
Status of the ticket change in LiveAgent
Action: Send the updated status of the ticket to the WordPress CPT connected with the ticket
