License possibly disconnected? Account showing free plan

Hi!

I’ve been around since the early days and purchased the AppSumo Lifetime Deal (Tier 3), which I had activated on my account. My plan previously included unlimited flows and 200,000 tasks per month.

After completing community tasks and reviews, my limit was doubled to 400,000 tasks per month.

I’ve been away from the community for a while, and when I recently came back I noticed that my account now appears to be on the free plan with only 10 active flows. The platform is also asking me to activate a license again.

I also reached out to support earlier in January but haven’t heard back yet, so I thought I’d ask here as well in case someone from the team could take a look.

Could someone help check if my license is still linked correctly to my account?
