Kommo CRM & Airtable configuration

Hello,

I attempted to integrate Kommo CRM with Airtable using Active Pieces, but I encountered a dead-end during testing. It appears that Active Pieces does not support Kommo.

While we don’t need it for Webhooks, after receiving the trigger, I need to retrieve lead and contact information fields. Zapier handles this well, but unfortunately, it seems that Active Pieces does not support it—or at least that’s how it appears.

Kommo manages Lead funnels and Contacts in separate databases. I’ve successfully set this up with Zapier, but I haven’t had any luck with Active Pieces so far.

Could you please assist?

I’m also trying to connect kommo crm with airtable and wondering if anyone found a good workaround or updated method that doesn’t require too many manual steps

And while trying to connect different tools for lead tracking. The first one I tried just didn’t support pulling info from separate databases. Later, using Acumatica Financial Management through https://acupowererp.com/acumatica/financial-management for some client data helped me see how having everything in one system makes retrieving leads and contacts way easier.
