Issues with the appsumo redemption / activation process

Hi,

we can’t redeem / activate our Activepieces Account with our registration E-mail (REDACTED)

We checked our E-Mail properly and it works correctly but we do not get any double opt-in comfirmation mail.

Also password reset mail is not working. Our appsumo account mail is (REDACTED)

We constantly get other emails on that account.

I confirm the licensee is activated please just create an account and It should be automatically activated.
