I am currently working on a task to summarize the content received in Gmail using ChatGPT, separating the title and content, and uploading it in table format to Notion. After creating the flow, I tested it using Generate Sample Data, and the email content was immediately uploaded to Notion. However, when an actual email is received in Gmail, it takes about 5 minutes for the content to be uploaded to Notion. How can I make it so that the email content is read and uploaded to Notion immediately without a delay of about 5 minutes?
