I want to setup IMAP main in and forward to Zendesk because seem like my email is not sync with zendesk but I failed the test after setting. Do you have any sample setup tutorial here? Please guide me the link because i search here only few talking about zendesk. Thanks so much in advance :slight_smile:

Could you please provide the configuration for the “Custom API Call” step and specify which Zendesk API endpoint you have used?
