I have a flow set to run for when a Hubspot note is created it, Gmail will send the note as an email to a specific email address that I made for the notes. It was working great at first, but then I accidentally switched to calls/meeting notes.
I have recreated it several times, and now it won’t run correctly. The test runs always work, but it won’t run/check every 5 minutes. What is strange is that it will run randomly. Last month, it worked one day, and then this past Sunday, it somehow sent me 200+ notes, which I think are the past 200 notes.
