How to configure the self hosted version to run in a virtual machine?

Hi,

I’m setting up the docker install inside a virtual machine.
How would I setup the .env / docker-compose.yml in order to be accessible from my hosts browser as well as for the workers internally?

That seems to be more a docker / v-machine type of question.
I’ve given up for now and used sth. else on a dedicated home server which would work with AP easier as well.
