How to add a delay to a flow

Hello,

I’ve created a straightforward flow that checks if a record in Airtable Table has a checkbox, and if it does then send an email via gmail to the contact. If I check 10 records, then on the next run - each 10 records are sent an email at the same time. Is there a way to delay this, so it spreads out the send say by 30 seconds or so?

maybe use Loop to check and email one record at a time, and add a Delay step inside the loop?
