Heartbeat.chat connection problem

I have an automation that creates a new user in Heartbeat.chat which used to work perfectly.

However, when testing the automation today, I noticed that even though the connection is made correctly, neither the group nor the user’s role loads.

I have already tried reconnecting, I have already tried changing the API key, but it still isn’t working.

The image below shows the error popup in red, asking to contact support.

And what is highlighted in yellow are the fields showing connection errors (group and role within Heartbeat.chat).

I am having this problem as well and having to add people manually in Heartbeat.

I’m also having this problem, but I’ve had other issues before and I’ll just tell you not to expect a solution.

Unfortunately, it seems this forum only serves to give the impression that they are looking into the problem.

But you can check other posts here, you’ll see that most are also without a solution. Some even posted years ago.

Fixing the bugs doesn’t seem to be a priority, unfortunately.

I wish I were wrong about this, but it’s been over a month and there’s no response about it.

Maybe your solution is to stop paying for Activepieces and use Pabbly, that’s what I did because I can’t keep waiting years for them to fix this.
