Google Sheets (Find Rows) hangs on generate sample data

I have created a new flow and Google Sheets (Find Rows) hangs on generate sample data, the circle icon spins around indefinitely

my other flows using Google Sheets (Find Rows) still appear to work when triggered, its just the ‘generate sample data’ that appears to be broken
