Hello, I have several issues with the Google Drive integration:

  1. Folders not appearing in Trigger or Action (thanks to Mo for the workaround for now, using folder ID instead)
  2. Read File changes file extension (demoed is an mp3 file, but this also happened with an html file where it appended .false to it… there is another unanswered thread on here somewhere about it)

Here is some more information for the team.

  1. More information on the folder issue I am seeing for Google Drive (shown in video)
  2. The issue with the file extension appending is ONLY a problem when testing the piece NOT the run. It STILL appends the extension, but only sometimes (as you can see if you watch till the end, sorry it is so long, like 25 min total, but I run through a lot of testing and confirming and tried to cut out wait times as much as possible)

Hello @Michael_ES ,

The issue causing incorrect extensions like .false has been resolved. Please try recreating the GDrive step to reflect these changes.
