I am on Activepieces Cloud.
Whenever I submit anything via the Forms piece it starts two identical runs.
This issue started about a week ago.

Thank you for reporting it, I just fixed it in the cloud (should land in next 10 minutes).
For self hosting, I will try to build an image tomorrow!
