I have a flow with several runs stuck in “running.” They should have timed out by now (if they didn’t work). I don’t see an option to Exit Run when I look at the individual flow. It’s a simple flow that catches a hook, maps data, executes an HTTP call, runs a simple code step, then executes another HTTP call. I’m not sure why they’ve been stuck in running for 20 minutes now. Any thoughts?
We are aware of this issue. It’s caused by a massive spike (sending over 50k flows at same time where each flow fails and retry up to 1 min and 40 seconds ) in activity from a small group of users, which puts stress on the queue. We started working on a fix last week, and it should be deployed next week.
In the meantime, we are mitigating the issue manually. All flows will execute normally, but there may be some delays as we scale our infrastructure.
Thank you for your understanding. The problem will be permanently resolved next week when the fix is deployed, as this will regulate the priorities.
